At our school we work hard then play hard. we use english to the best of our abillites and put it into practise it in the playground. we get our pupils speaking like shakespere because we feel he is the best person in the world that is grammatically correct. We aim to acheive level 7's in english in year 7. Our best student in y11 is currently working at level 9 which is the highest in the world.

This school literally is the best place to study English and judging on the opinions of many of our pupils they seem to have the same feeling. most of the activities in English at our school involves a range of many activities covering many aspects of normal day life. Did you know many students who leave this school like English so much because of the creative learning we do, they get a job that involves many English skills covered from Y7 upwards. We have had many letters from parents thanking the English department after getting such amazing levels in there English exams that end there GCSE.
We also have an ofsted report on how well the englih department cover all areas of english in such a short period of time but still get there pupils a really good level more than 3/4 of the pupils get a level higher than expectation.

At our school, studying English has been like first discovering a lolly pop being a little kid.
I don't just impress other's i impress by self of the knowledge I have learnt form being a pupil in Mr. J's English class!!!

English in this school is one of the few places you can study a range of English activities. The English ranges from creative writing, to writing to pass exams. The whole atmosphere of the English department will blow you away. Don't you want you/your children to get the best English education possible.
One of the Ofsted inspectors, specialising in English education said this " The school for many years has blown me away. One of the main reasons I adore this school is for the English department and its staff. You may be thinking that because I enjoy my English lesions I don't do any work but you would be wrong.
In fact I have learnt more within the last 3 years of being at King Ecgbert than i did in the whole of my 6 years and my lower school

The best place to study English is at my high school because it's very cool and good you can learn all kinds of stuff stating at persuasive language to GCSE work. Although I cant mention the name of my school. The reason I like my English lesson is because I have the best teacher in the world he's great at handling stuff.
I think school is the best place to study english because you learn loads of new thngs, that other schools dont teach. 95% of students passed there english GCSE because they studied english at this school. You dont have to pay money like you have to in private schools, its all free. Do you want your children to get A's and A*'s ? If you do then this is the school for them. All students in school enjoy english and is one of their favourite subjects.
Do you want your children to have the best education and get a good job? They need an english qualification to get a good job. If they dont have a good mark then they wont be able to get the job they want. This school is in the top three for the best education in english maths and sience.
This school is the best school to study English because of the amazing faculties in the main rooms and the great teachers that work there take the head of English for example she is a great asset to the school and all pupils that have here in her class have all got b+ or more in there GSCE and if there are any one who have a bit lower then that they still get c+ and b- so that's still brilliant for the school and for the pupils. The effort that the teachers put in for the classes is tremendous and it really rub of on the pupils that's why we have got the best record for English in eh Country.

My school is an extraordinary one and if you knew it's name, you'd make assumptions based on reviews you've heard. I wouldn't want that to happen. This school has really helped me. In fact, it's saved my life. When I was walking home from the supermarket one Saturday afternoon, minding my own business and with not a care in the world, a man pulled up in his car and dragged my into the boot. He held a gun at my head and said to me that he would kill me if I couldn't spell onomatopoeia and describe accurately what it means to him in a minute. Quickly I replied "O-N-O-M-A-T-O-P-O-E-I-A. It means a word that sounds like a sound that it is describing." The man was impressed and let me go. I ran off home. The school really helped me as we covered everything thoroughly and I knew it all by heart. I was really proud to say that this was my school. The school's environment is really good and the facilities available to us are second to none. The opportunities to use these facilities are always there as the school thrives knowing that we are doing our utmost to maintain the good reputation and standards of the school. The positive atmosphere and the sheer politeness of the students makes this a classy working environment and pupils look forward to coming here in the mornings. The start is early but we aren't thrown into work, we are calmly explained our work for the period and we get on with it at our own pace. English lessons especially provide us with understanding of our language and help us to structure our sentences like a well-educated adult. This helps us in many ways. Around our homes people hear us speaking correctly, using grammar that only a lawyer would use and setting an example. This can help us get a job in later life. Another good point is that we read plays, stories and other prose, which helps us prove to people that a lot of us listen to our teachers and appreciate the beauty of our language. We don't look forward to going to school in the morning, we look forward to going to work.

Our school is the best. English is so fun hear. We learn while having fun. And did you know last year all the students yes 100% passed their English exams. The teachers are absolutely marvellous. We learn a load and all our grades has gone up by at least a level in the last year. Hear out our school the facilities are great.
